		<description>The way I can tell is the icky-ness of my cough. If it starts out bad, it&#039;s sinuses. If it grows worse over 3 days and lingers until I cough it all out, it was a cold.

Las year was the first in about 7 years I got a cold instead of an infection. I welcome colds, because they go away.</description>
