CFRD Fact #1

I am going to start posting a few facts a day about CFRD. Keep checking back for more info!

Todays fact:

There are approximately 22,000 Cystics in the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Patient Registry.

Using this registry it has been found that there is a 6-fold mortality rate in CFRD patients compared to Cystics without diabetes.
