We can still have tons of lasagna if we make it with whole wheat noodles and sauce that doesn&#039;t have that darned corn syrup in it (try organic). I can make better sauce myself anyway! We still can have red meat. High calorie, high protein is what the doc tells me.  I read that eating meat from grass fed animals is better than the grain fed type....

I have a feeling this is going to be a VERY expensive &quot;diet&quot;, as if my enormous grocery bills didn&#039;t already drain the bank. And how the heck am I going to find the time to cook!</description>
