You'll feel so much better in a week from that surgery. I've had 6 (or is it 7?) and I think we're done for good now.

Congrats on the approval. That's got to be a big stress relief. Now to get it to happen.

Hey Aspen,
We've been keeping track of your progress (and temporary set backs) from Arizona! Jessie (our CF/CFRD family member) has had to have the sinus surgery 2x. Since I, (her dad) seem to mirror many of her symptoms, I also had to have sinus surgery. And they had to repair my deviated septum which caused chronic sinus infections! The surgery made a significant difference for both Jessie and I. The post surgery pain and discomfort was a "bite" but the end result was great!
Excellent news that your insurance company is starting to get a "clue"! Hopefully they'll knock off their bureaucratic BS and get you the rest of the equipment/care you have MORE than paid for.
Know that you are always in our thoughts and prayers as we relate to much of your struggle. We are here if you need us (for real!)
Special Blessings,
Dean
