		<description>I have liver/spleen issues, so I can tell you that! Your spleen acts as a storage bin, basically, for blood cells and platelets. It's also involved in the immune system, but I'm not quite sure how. You can live without it.

I hope that they find whatever's wrong soon. Congratulations on the exciting new job, and the good diabetes news!</description>
