 No Bake Oatmeal, Coconut and Chopped Nut Cookies
1/2 cup butter or margarine
½ cup milk
2 cups sugar
Boil the above ingredients for 2-3 minutes.
3 cups oatmeal
1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
1 cup coconut
6 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 cup chopped nuts
Mix the dry ingredients together in a large bowl and pour the boiled
mixture over them, stirring until blended.
